Need help with your Runway01 account, training record or app experience? Send us a clear description of what happened and the device you are using.

Account access

If you cannot sign in, first confirm that you verified the email sent when your account was created. If you have forgotten your password or still cannot access the account, contact support from the email address used for Runway01.

Progress and cloud protection

Your training record is stored on the device or browser where it was entered. An optional Runway01 account adds a cloud-protected copy. Sign in, choose Back up now, then use Restore protected progress on your other device.

Deleting an account

Signed-in users can begin deletion from the account settings inside the app. If you no longer have access to the app, use the public account deletion request.

Training guidance

Runway01 is an organisational and educational tool. Confirm current eligibility, course structure and licensing requirements with the UK Civil Aviation Authority and your approved training organisation before making training decisions.
