Privacy Policy

Runway01 is designed to help you understand and record your flight-training journey. This policy explains what information the app handles, why it is used and the choices available to you.
Information Runway01 handles
- Training and profile information: roadmap progress, onboarding choices, pilot profile details, licence and medical information, logbook entries, journey-investment costs, and training-fund planning figures that you choose to enter.
- Optional account information: your email address and authentication information when you create a Runway01 account. Authentication is provided by Supabase; Runway01 does not receive your password in plain text.
- Optional cloud backup: if you create an account, a protected copy of your training information can be stored so that you can restore it on another device.
- Feedback and support: the message and reply email you choose to submit. These requests are delivered using Formspree.
- Technical information: our service providers may process basic connection, device or diagnostic information needed to securely operate their services.
How information is used
We use your information to provide the features you request, save and restore your progress, respond to feedback or support requests, protect the service and meet legal or store requirements. Runway01 does not sell personal information and does not use your training record for advertising.
Where information is stored
Without an account, your training information remains in the local storage of the device or browser you use. If you choose cloud protection, your account and protected backup are processed by Supabase. Feedback, support and deletion requests are processed through Formspree and delivered privately to Runway01.
Retention and deletion
Device-only information remains until you clear it or remove the app or browser data. Cloud account information is retained while your account is active. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated cloud backup from the account settings in the app or through our account deletion page. We may retain limited correspondence where reasonably necessary to document and complete your request or meet a legal obligation.
Your choices
You may use the core Runway01 experience without creating an account. You can choose what training information to record, whether to create a cloud backup, and whether to include an email with feedback. You may also ask us to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your account.
Children
Runway01 is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, please contact us.
